Last updated: 2026-05-20
Effective: 2026-05-20

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HelixGuard, LLC., the operator of Mooth. By registering for and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

  • Mooth is an AI security advisor product for business and management teams.
  • The Service includes AI agent conversations, integrations with GitHub / GitLab / Feishu, business security risk identification, and deliverable generation.
  • The Service is offered free of charge during the public beta and is available by invitation only.

3. Accounts

  • Accounts are created via invite code, and each code is single-use.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and may not share, proxy, resell, or operate the Service on behalf of unspecified third parties.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may use the Service only for lawful business activities, internal scenarios, and third-party systems you are authorized to access.
  • You may not upload or process unlawful content, attack or intrude upon systems, or gain unauthorized access.
  • You may not bypass agent safety constraints, automate use beyond reasonable limits, or forge attribution, signatures, or seals on agent output.

5. Intellectual property

  • Content you upload, such as code, documents, and files, remains owned by you or your organization.
  • You grant Mooth a license to process that content within the scope of your authorization.
  • You are free to use, modify, and publish the output the agent generates for you.
  • The Mooth platform, agent prompts, knowledge base, skills, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Mooth.

6. Credits and billing

The Service is free during the public beta. New users receive complimentary credits, and connecting a code repository or Feishu documents may unlock additional credits. The commercial pricing model for general availability will be communicated separately.

7. Termination, disclaimers, and changes

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
  • The Service is provided as is during beta. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions, and you are responsible for evaluating it.
  • These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
